  • Post-Dispatch Cancellations: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled but may be returned according to our Return Policy.

2. Return Policy

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
    To be eligible for a return:
    Item must be unused and unworn
    Tags and original packaging must be included
    Proof of purchase is required
    Because each jacket is made-to-order, the following conditions apply:
    A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Return Process

  • Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • Packaging: Please ensure that returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refund Policy

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
